Thick Layer Screen Printing Plates - Cosmomask®

Toyobo has commercialized an instant thick layer photopolymer film Cosmomask® used for screen printing.

This thick layer photopolymer film makes the preparation of screen film much easier, much faster and very accurate, compared with the conventional process.

Key Advantages:

1. Put the film onto the screen fabric. Then apply the photo-sensitive emulsion to the squeeze side of fablic. Then PS plate for screen printing is ready. Possible to decrease processing time drastically, compared with direct screen method of emulsion.
2. High photo-sensitivity makes UV exposure time shorter than that of conventional diazo type screen film.
3. Life time is long enough to last for approximately 1 year under dry condition.
4. Water-wash and high resolution.
5. Flat film surface realizes an excellent printing quality.
